Hi folks!
I am back with another easy and simple lift me up idea!!!!
A very simple and classy way to lift a boring outfit is by a statement neckpiece. A black outfit can be beautifully adorned with a chunky silver necklace … Also a beige outfit can be complimented by a black statement piece. There is absolutely no need to fret on how to spice up your look. A simple black choker necklace can add a beautiful goth look to a staid attire. The choices are endless . You can also be daring and wear a multicoloured statement piece with coloured stones and crystals for a night out.
So go girl… pep up your outfit at no extra cost… mix and match and see the admirers line up.
Till next time…have fun and stay beautiful!!!!

Paisley dress x long sweater x military coat
Multicolored black outfit.
Wearing black is a rule in winters. But ,wearing it with a twist is the key.
Here I am wearing a collared kurta, that is paneled with a multicolored print on one side.
I am wearing this kurta with black palazzos and nude ballerinas. To beat the cold, I am wearing a long black cape in a fine knit.
The back of the kurta is printed, as is the front half. The cuffs on the sleeves are also printed.

Took a black pashmina scarf while traveling. A pair of cat eye sunglasses from DKNY complete the look.
ENJOY!
Long Black Sweater and Kurta.
Wearing shrugs, like I did in my last post, is good when it is not too cold. But it is surely, not a very good way of beating the oncoming severe winter. To make Indian wear more comfortable in winters, I am going to show a look that can keep you more warm.
It is a task to make Indian wear look smart and chic in winters.
The short sweater and shawl look is very boring.
Here I am wearing a mauve long printed satin kurta with a mauve drape and tights. To make this outfit wearable in more cold, I have layered it with a nice long black sweater, a multicolored stole and black boots.
Actually, a long black sweater, black boots and a multicolored scarf should be a part of your winter capsule wardrobe.
As usual ,I love my favorite silver accessories. Here I am wearing a silver Amethyst necklace.
Go, check it out.
Long shrug.
I am a great fan of long shrugs. Especially, ultralong ones are a boon for a slimming effect.
Here, I am wearing a long multicolored Rajasthani Kurta, with black palazzos and a sleeveless lycra black shrug. This is a typical fusion wear. I love this shrug, as it has come to my rescue a number of times ,when I need a flattering silhouette
The long multicolored kurta gives a nice break to the black outfit.
The light layering is enough for the slight chill.
I have accessorized very less in this outfit, as the colors of the kurta stand out.
Nude ballerinas are perfect for this attire.
A great outfit for women who don’t want to let go of their ethnic wear.
ENJOY!
.
Go Ombre!
My latest fashion fixation this winter is ombre stoles. I have a whole lot in different shades.
Not only they keep you warm but also color and grace.

As you know, there are a variety of ways in which the scarf can be wrapped. My favorite styles are the following.
I like to keep it simple and uncomplicated.

Autumn Florals
Autumn florals.

Florals in autumn? Yup. Forget the pastel florals of summer and welcome the dark Gothic florals of fall. They are oh so trendy and different from blacks and greys. Give autumn a nice floral boost. Wear florals in shoes, bags ,glares, belts if u don’t like the all over floral dresses. I personally like to go flowery in one item at one go. So come on fall …we are ready!

Burnt oranges, reds and blacks are setting the mood for dark, mysterious looks for fall. Wear it on a variety of fabrics like velvet and lace. If you don’t want to go all floral , spruce up your greys and blacks with floral knits in the form of mufflers.

This is a nice change from the LBD.

A/W’14 moody blooms from L-R: Dolce & Gabbana, Rochas, No.21, Paul Smith, Erdem
Sunglasses and bags can also go floral. They nicely add color to dull winter outfits.

Guys can flaunt this trend too.

Enjoy the dark winter romance with these Gothic florals. But remember not to wear summery pastels.
Celebrate fall!
BE HAPPY ALWAYS
XOXO
