a drifter on the street
holding a begging bowl
of unfulfilled dreams
a drifter on the street
holding a begging bowl
of unfulfilled dreams
old age brings on one fear
the phobia of separation not death
thank god the soul lives on
sudden downpour
under the banyan tree
new love blooms
Ronovan Writes #Weekly #Haiku #Poetry Prompt #Challenge 311 Change&Face
nature’s wrath
changing the face of the earth
time to simplify living
life is not a race
don’t run don’t compete
do not rush to the end
summer heat
fill the water feeder
the birds are here
sadness, despair
feeling of not being good enough
are emotions
we should abandon
for
life is a miracle
and
it is magic to be alive
un-ending pandemic
let’s make love not war
for time is short
the night was long
the moon a perfect crescent
and she missed him
a life of no rules
except what the nature asks of us
ah! such a distant dream
