the arc lights blazing
the camera in action
the music playing loudly
no time for distraction

the make up, the lovely costumes
me being the centre of attraction
i want to be a star
come on say”action”

and as i wait for the moment
i can hear the cameras rolling
i can hear the sound of the clapper board
